As a distinguished graduate of The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Russell sharpened his talent for analytics and problem solving while working for the prestigious Cline Center for Democracy as a major within the Political Science department.

After graduating, he soon accepted an offer to be the Chief Operations Officer for a Sustainability Startup which worked directly with many of the largest Multinational Corporations in the world such as Pepsi, Kraft and others. This intimate knowledge of Client Management, Lean Logistics Implementation and developing proven solutions for large-scale problems to ensure the best result possible for each company are all skills that he brings to his Estate Liquidation company.

Drawing from an ever-present inspiration to transform pain into healing after losing both of his parents in 2012 within months of each other, he offers an incredible love for service to his community & undeniable sense of compassion for families who are often suffering through the loss of a loved one or a stressful unexpected change in life circumstances. In a business where every penny counts in regards to an eventual return on investments, Russell has consistently shown his value to Clients by treating them like family and showcasing every Estate in the best manner imaginable. With over 8 years experience as an Estate Specialist, every project is treated with respect, urgency and professionalism that is unrivaled in the Colorado marketplace.

A graduate of the Leeds School of Business at The University of Colorado, Allanis has always held a passion for Antiques and Collectibles since her parents introduced her to the lifestyle at an early age. After spending almost 7 years in the world of corporate finance working with companies such as Boeing and J.P. Morgan Chase, she has chosen to leverage her impressive catalog of talent within the arena of Finance and Sales Consulting for business owners across America in addition to her Executive role with All Pro Estate Sales. Allanis loves to visit the East Coast and shop for Antiques at least once a year and finds a deep excitement for Early Americana such as Dutch Colonial artifacts or Folk Art portraits. In the last few years she has developed a newfound appreciation for pre-1800’s embroidered textiles in just about any form.

She brings an unmatched enthusiasm in regards to always supporting each project with all the necessary elements for success ranging from Marketing to Event Integrity. Although a majority of her supportive efforts are behind the scenes, she is an important part of making sure that deadlines are achieved, the largest audience possible is engaged and that our company continues to grow with the times.
